ABOUT PYONGYANG RACER

Pyongyang Racer is a small racing game developed in the DPRK (North Korea). This game was developed in 2012 and is not intended to be a high-end techological wonder hit game of the 21st century, but more a fun race game (arcade style) where you drive around in Pyongyang and learn more about the sites and get a glimpse of Pyongyang.

You will drive a long journey through Pyongyang. On the journey there will be special sites that you can see, but you should also collect the items that appear close to the sites! Don't forget to collect enough gasoline during your journey! If you drive recklessly there will be a Traffic Girl to direct you and if you get too many warnings.......

We would love to hear any feedback you may have about the Pyongyang Racer game we can pass on. Feedback and comments can be emailed directly to: info@koryogroup.com

Of course, seeing the place in a game is not the same experience as seeing it with your own eyes!

Happy driving

Play with correct graphics

The main play page runs in your browser via Ruffle. Sound works, but the 3D world may show checkerboard textures and invisible walls that stop you driving forward. This is a known Ruffle bug with this game.

Full graphics in your browser: the Full graphics page streams real Adobe Flash Player with correct driving and sound using Selkies. See GitHub for the play-server setup.

On Mac (offline): download the Mac app or run ./play-correct.sh for correct graphics and sound.
